Appearance:
Rache appears to be in his mid to late 20′s, with short black hair and brown eyes. When angry or using his abilities to create new technology, his eyes tend to glow with a Sinister Red light. He tends to be neatly dressed, preferring a suit and tie. But when traveling outside his station, he often conceals himself in a large black hooded cloak.
Powers:
Rache’s greatest asset is his mind. He is highly intelligent and a gifted scientist. His father, Azmath, was a renown scientist among the First, excelling in all areas of science. Rache, on the other hand, only excels in technological science. He doesn’t have his father’s ability to work in chemistry or biology.
Rache can create anything technological that he puts his mind to. He doesn’t have the level of skill of creating something out of nothing that Qwaring has, but he can still create items of technology that are roughly comparable.
Rache also has the ability to fuse universal energies to his technological creations, which give them even greater strength and power. His only limit is his imagination, which almost appears limitless.
Unlike other First and Secundae, Rache, whether by choice or chance, cannot use the Universal Energies directly. He can only harness them through his technological creations.
Equipment:
Rache has a variety of different items that he has created over time to assist him. The items listed here are only the ones that he usually has with him, or the ones he uses regularly.
Cloak of Concealment – This appears to be a simple black cloak, but woven in its strands are minute fibers of technology and Universal Energies. When wearing the cloak, he is invisible to any tracking or detection. He uses this when he travels out of the space station to keep himself from being spotted by any of the First on Eden or the Grey Moon.
Universal Energy Pistol – This appears to be an archaic gun that fires lead bullets. Rache chose this design because the simplicity of it fascinates him. While it might appear to be an ancient weapon, it is far more than that. Instead of pullets it fires short blasts of concentrated universal energies. One hit from a UE Bullet would kill mortals instantly. Beings with power, such as Secundae and First, could be badly wounded or even killed. Rache only has 20 shots available before the he has to recharge it.
Ring of Healing – Even Secundae can be injured, and Rache knows that his plans could be quite hazardous to his health. As a result he created a ring that contains thousands of nanites specially designed to heal First and Secundae. When Rache is injured, the nanites are released automatically into his bloodstream to the injured areas and begins the process of healing. Healing isn’t instantaneous, and he could still be killed, even with the Ring, so he remains cautious.
Teleportation Band – Rache wears a thin metal band around his wrist, which is usually concealed by his sleeves. This metal band allows him to teleport great distances, as long as he knows where he is going. There is a risk of teleporting himself into solid rock, or the like, if he doesn’t know where he is teleporting to.
Personality:
Rache is a name which means “Vengeance,” a name that couldn’t be more appropriate. He didn’t give himself this name, and enjoys the irony of it. The reason and object for his obsession on vengeance is something to be revealed ICly.
Rache is known to be patient and crafty. He is not given into haste to fulfill his desire for vengeance. He wants his victim to suffer humiliation before eventual defeat. To this end, he uses his abilities to create technological devices and wonders that will greater increase his success.
